My goal is to make your event seamless and engaging. The following needs are standard and flexible, and I’m always happy to coordinate with your team in advance.
Standard AV Requirements

Lavalier or handheld microphone

Open stage or floor space (I prefer not to use a podium in order to move freely. I will stage on the stage or in the stage area. )

Projector and screen, if visuals are used

Confidence monitor (preferred for larger rooms)
Presentation Support

Slide deck or visuals provided in advance, if applicable

HDMI connection available, if venue equipment is used. (I will bring my own laptop, HDMI adapter, and clicker as backup.)
Coordination
A brief AV check prior to the session is appreciated. I’m happy to connect directly with your AV team to ensure everything runs smoothly.
