I’ve spent more than 30 years doing work that mattered—serving children, leading high-impact teams, and navigating systems that weren’t built for women like me to thrive. More than two decades of that work were spent in leadership, culminating in my role as President and CEO of an 8-figure, nationally recognized nonprofit organization.

And still, I rose.
Not because the path was easy—but because the responsibility was real and the purpose was clear.

That experience shaped how I lead.

Today, I speak to organizations and leaders who are navigating pressure, complexity, and high-stakes decisions—equipping them to think clearly, act decisively, and lead effectively when it matters most.

I also work with high-achieving women who are ready to stop being overlooked, take ownership of their leadership, and position themselves for what’s next.

What I’m most proud of isn’t the title—
it’s that I stayed true to who I am and helped make the climb wider for the women coming next.
